The USIL Educational Corporation (SAN IGNACIO de Loyola)

Miami - Florida

2024

The project is a 5-story building with 3 different educational uses that will operate under the management of the USIL Educational Corporation (SAN IGNACIO de Loyola). The building will offer services at all educational levels, from preschool, basic education for children between 6 - 10 years, to university graduate school. It is located in the city of Sweetwater, near the Dolphin mall and in the center of the Miami-Dade university educational area. This project will be the first Peruvian university in the United States and will begin its operation in August 2024.

Radisson Red Miami Airport Hotel

Miami - Florida

2021

The project is a 157-room hotel that operates under the Radisson Red brand. The hotel offers restaurant service, a swimming pool, conference room and roof top bar. Located in the heart of Miami, this modern hotel brand inspired by the millennial is less than five miles from neighborhoods like Wynwood, Little Havana, and Downton Miami. It is situated in the Palmer Lake area 3401 NW 25th St. Miami, FL 33142,next to the Miami International Airport and the Miami Intermodal Center. This project was the first Radisson Red in Florida and began operation in July2021.

Tryp by Wyndham Orlando Hotel

Orlando - Florida

2020

In 2020, we completed the construction for the SeaWorld Orlando project, a TRYP by Wyndham. The hotel is located less than 3.2 km from SeaWorld and the second largest convention center in the United States. TRYP by Wyndham has modern amenities with a contemporary design, made to meet the demands of various segments in the Orlando hotel market, including families, millennials, business travelers, and tourists. This modern design is aligned with the recent changes and innovations of the hotel industry.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Sebring Hotel

Sebring - Florida

2020

In January 2020, we finished the remodeling of a hotel under the flag of LA QUINTA INN & SUITES, located in Sebring, Florida, 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Tampa; it is 100% operational. The hotel’s architecture and exterior were remodeled, along with the interior design, to elevate and improve the guest experience. It has been relaunched with a more attractive and modern image, increasing the occupancy rate and the average price per room. As a result, the net operating income will be maximized by optimizing profitability. Sebring is one of the capitals of the automotive industry, which hosts the second most important world event, ‘The 12 Hours of Sebring’.

La Quinta del Sol Orlando Hotel

Orlando - Florida

2019

In 2019, we completed the construction of the hotel La Quinta Del Sol in Orlando Florida less than 2 miles away from Sea World and the second largest convention center in the USA. La Quinta Del Sol has a contemporary interior design and modern amenities that satisfy the demand in different hotel market segments in the Orlando area including, but not limited to families, millennials, business travelers, and tourists. This new hotel design is aligned with the current trends and changes of the hotel industry.

Rodeway Inn Hotel

Myrtle Beach - South Carolina

2018

The hotel is a 2-story building with approximately 28,280 square feet of construction, on 1.84 acres, with seventy-seven parking spots. It is very well located, next to US-17 and less than 5 miles away from North Myrtle Beach Park and the Sports Complex, a large demand generator in the area. The hotel is also close to the area’s big attractions, which include local beaches, the Alabama Theatre, Barefoot Landing, Carolina Opry, House of Blues, and the Sun Cruz Casino. The project consisted of the remodeling, rebranding, and relaunch of the hotel to elevate its category, and improve guest experience. The operation was made profitable by improving the occupancy rate and average price per room. This project was sold in2018.

Doral - Florida

2016

Riviera Point Business Center Doral located in the city of Doral opened its door in April 2016. This project is a 41,000 square foot office space, with the largest lake views in the area. It includes office spaces from 800 to 1,200 square feet, which were designed to be the ideal space for small businesses looking to establish themselves. This project is 100% sold.

2008

The members of our team were responsible for obtaining governmentapprovals, which included everything from assembling plans andobtaining construction permits, as well as total work estimates,coordinating tenders between the contractors, and changing the scopeto accommodate budget adjustments. Bank loans for construction werealso obtained and administered, in addition to other constructioncontracts, scheduling of site activities, progress reports, changecontrol, closure of the site and reporting proof of safety acceptancetests.

Beacon Square Professional Campus

Boca Raton - Florida

2008

Located at Congress Ave and I-95, in Boca Raton, Florida, this156,000 square foot office lot was delivered on time and on budget.Our team was responsible for obtaining all approvals, includingrezoning (notice of proposed change), gaining approval by theDevelopment Review Committee, and all construction permits, tender,coordination of scope changes and procurement of all services andmaterials. He also worked on the collection and administration of theconstruction loan, supervision and monitoring, progress report,change control, closing the book, checking guarantee and acceptancetesting, involving architects, civil engineers, structural engineers,and traffic engineers.

2005

Located on the southwest corner of I-4 and Lake Mary Blvd, SeminoleCounty, Florida. The campus is comprised of 132,000 square feet ofoffice space. Our team oversaw the development of this project, theresponsibilities included: progress report, control of works andchanges, emergency planning and security response to hurricanes,construction loan administration and the administration of allcontracts for works, programming work activities, track changes,closing the book, check guarantee and acceptance testing, support,and legal expertise.
